CETIN Hungary Zrt. is owned by TMT Hungary Infra B.V. (100%), which is owned by CETIN Group N.V. (75%), and TMT Hungary Holdco B.V. (25%), a company belonging to PPF Group.

CETIN Group N.V. is a joint venture between PPF Telekom Group B.V., a company belonging to PPF Group, an international investment group established in the Czech Republic in 1991 (70%), and Roanoke Investment Pte Ltd (30%), a company belonging to the GIC, Singapore sovereign wealth fund.

CETIN Czech Republic was formed in 2015 after a successful structural separation of the O2 Czech Republic.
