Operations
CETIN Operations Department is responsible for smooth and high-quality operation of the company's countrywide telecommunications network. We operate core network, access network, IP network, OSS, IT infrastructure, data centers, service desk. The ITIL based incident, problem and change management ensures 24/7 service support. Our qualified and motivated colleagues are enthusiastic about continuous improvement of technologies and operation processes for zero outage solutions.

Our leadership
Judit Kübler-Andrási
Judit joined CETIN Hungary as CEO as of 1 September 2022. She has over 20 years of international experience in various leadership roles in telecommunications and management consulting. She worked at Magyar Telekom, Arthur D. Little and, in the last 12 years, at Deutsche Telekom. At Deutsche Telekom, she held senior leadership positions in strategy, technology innovation and international B2B/wholesale areas.
Tamás Bóday
Prior to his current role, Tamás worked as Regional Director for Integrated Solutions at Huawei Technologies Hungary for more than 4 years. Tamás has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sector. He worked in project management, product development, commercial and operational positions.
Emőke Erdélyi
Before joining CETIN, Emőke worked as HR Manager at Skanska Property Hungary between 2018 and 2023. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of HR management from various sectors, including telecommunications, IT, banking, and real estate.
György Gaszmann
Previously, György worked as Operations Director of CETIN Hungary. Before that, he was Infrastructure Services Director at Telenor Common Operation. György has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications field.
Zsolt Kozma
Before taking the role of PR & Regulatory Director, Zsolt was Regulatory Director at Telenor Common Operation. Zsolt has more than 20 years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, regulated infrastructure wholesale, and PR in various sectors, including telecommunications, and IT.
Balázs Kővári
Earlier, Balázs worked at Yettel Hungary, Telenor Hungary and Telenor Common Operation in various regional and local leadership roles in the fields of IT and network operation. Balázs joined Pannon GSM in 1997, and he has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
Balázs Nagy
Formerly, Balázs worked as Network Implementation Director at Telenor Common Operation. He has more than 25 years of network strategy and development experience in the telecommunication sector.
Zoltán Seprényi
Previously, Zoltán was Head of Security Engineering at CETIN Hungary. He has more than 15 years of experience in Information Security from various sectors, including telecommunication, IT, and banking.
Dr. Balázs W. Tóth, LL.M.
Balázs joined Telenor Common in April 2020 and took the position of Legal & Compliance Director upon the establishment of CETIN Hungary in 2022. Over the last 25 years, he gained experience in various leading local and regional legal positions, among others, at Oracle Corporation, the DHL Group, and Asahi.
Kata Urbancsok
Before joining CETIN, Kata was Head of Controlling & Accounting at Szerencsejáték Zrt. She has more than 15 years of experience in finance, controlling, and decision support, and has a strong telecommunications industry background gained at Vodafone Hungary, where she worked for over 10 years.

Tamás Ötvös
Tamás is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of CETIN Group and Chairman of the Board of CETIN Hungary and previously he was the CEO of CETIN Hungary and also CEO of Telenor Common Operation (Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro). He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and management within the telecommunications sector and worked in different roles in the Telenor Group in Europe and Asia (Hungary, India, Norway, Thailand).

Ing. Filip Cába
Filip graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and, after a short engagement with ČEZ, he joined the corporate finance team at Český Telecom. In addition to those corporate finance positions, he also worked in the purchasing and controlling departments. In 2008–2009, he worked at Telefónica UK, where he was responsible for leading the team evaluating the effectiveness of network projects for the European region. Since the establishment of CETIN, he has held the position of CFO of the company.
