Employee training on sustainability
We launched a sustainability training program which is maintained through regular refresher training delivered every two years. Also, a sustainability training module has been integrated into our onboarding process for new employees, supporting long-term employee awareness and a consistent level of knowledge in the field of sustainability.
Supplier engagement plan in 2024
Till the end of 2024, we will develop a plan that will set out procedures for engaging in dialogue with key suppliers on the alignment of our values on climate change, environment, ethics, health, safety, and product stewardship. As part of this, we conduct an annual risk analysis of our suppliers to promote sustainable and responsible collaboration.

Our employees received sustainability training
Our holding company e& PPF Telecom Group has prepared an online course on sustainability that consists of 5 different modules and tests. The course was completed by over 92% of our employees, 100% of our senior management in 2024. 100% of employees who joined in 2025 completed it.
Supplier engagement plan
We have developed a comprehensive supplier engagement plan. Our holding company e& PPF Telecom Group has established a Supplier Code of Conduct to start to align our values on climate change, ethics, human rights protection, health and safety, and product stewardship with our key suppliers, which we have published in Q1 2024 on our website. To improve our processes, we will collaborate with our peers and industry experts to align with industry best practices.
Whistle–blowing channel for all stakeholders
In Hungary we have developed our Whistleblowing policy to be fully compliant with local legislation, the requirements of our holding company e& PPF Telecom Group and good industry practice. As part of this we have introduced dedicated whistleblowing channels, all our stakeholders can directly access our whistleblowing channel from the CETIN Hungary website.
