You Will Make an Impact on the World – CETIN Hungary Launches Employer Branding Campaign

The employer branding campaign is centered around a short, impactful video that imagines a world without mobile infrastructure. 

CETIN Hungary is the first mobile telecommunications infrastructure provider in Hungary. The company owns and operates one of the largest telecommunications networks in Hungary, with around 4050 base stations and the related active and passive infrastructure nationwide. Despite its critical role in powering the digital backbone of modern life, CETIN remains relatively unknown to the general public and potential employees outside its core business circles. Additionally, the company is mostly looking for hiring employees in fields where the competition between companies is very strong, not only at national level but also internationally.

To address this, CETIN Hungary is intensifying its employer branding efforts. The goal is to raise awareness and showcasing the company's activities and role among its target employee groups.

Internal research at CETIN reveals that employees value the tangible impact of their work, the company’s social relevance — telecommunications would not function without CETIN — and the intellectual challenge of solving complex problems. A strong sense of community, innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing, combined with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, further motivates CETIN’s workforce.

The campaign’s centerpiece video, blending live action and animation, brings these insights to life. It follows an ordinary man, Gábor, through a day in a world without mobile telecommunications infrastructure, while also reflecting CETIN Hungary’s core employer values.
